Terms of Service
Welcome to Fitfo+. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fitfo+ application, the Fitfo Labs physical spaces in Atlanta (the Backyard, the Studio, and the Podcast Room), and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or booking a space, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your account secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to book a space.
2. Bookings & Payment
Space rentals are billed in advance through Stripe at the rates listed on the Book page. Posted prices are exclusive of any local taxes or cleaning fees, which will be itemized at checkout. Payment confirms your reservation; an unpaid hold does not.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
3. Use of the Spaces
- Treat the spaces, equipment, and other guests with respect.
- No illegal activity, dangerous behavior, or anything that violates venue insurance terms.
- You're responsible for damage caused by you or your guests beyond ordinary wear and tear.
- Capacity limits posted for each space are firm. Events that exceed capacity may be ended early without refund.
4. Content You Submit
When you upload media, RSVP to events, or submit an FMG World intake form, you grant Fitfo Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and use that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You retain ownership of your work.
Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, and don't submit anything that's defamatory, harassing, or illegal.
5. The Move & Art Feeds
Events listed on The Move and posts in the Art gallery are curated by Fitfo Labs operators. We may remove content, cancel events, or end sessions early at our discretion if circumstances require it.
6. FMG World Services
FMG World engagements (Brand Systems, AI & Automation, Creative Production) are quoted separately after intake submission. Submitting an inquiry doesn't constitute a contract; engagements proceed only after a written scope of work is signed by both parties.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time from the You tab. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put the spaces, the team, or other guests at risk.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we don't warrant that it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for that booking or service in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app and the “Last updated” date above will be revised.
