Refund Policy
We want every Fitfo Labs booking to land. If something changes, this page tells you exactly what happens with your money.
1. Space Rentals
Refunds for Backyard, Studio, and Podcast Room bookings are tied to when you cancel relative to your booking time:
- More than 7 days out — full refund, processed within 5–10 business days.
- 3 to 7 days out — 50% refund. The remaining 50% covers prep work the team has already started.
- Less than 72 hours out — no refund. Time slots in this window are typically lost; we can't resell them.
- No-show — no refund.

2. Rescheduling
You can reschedule a booking once, free of charge, if you give us at least 48 hours' notice. The new date must be within 60 days of the original.
3. Cancellations By Us
If we have to cancel a booking on our end — equipment failure, venue issue, weather impacting the Backyard, or anything else — you get a full refund regardless of how close to the date it happens, plus the option to rebook at no charge within 30 days.
4. Events on The Move
Most events listed on The Move are free to RSVP for. For ticketed events:
- Refunds available up to 24 hours before doors open.
- Inside the 24-hour window, no refunds, but tickets are transferable — just let the door know who's coming in your place.
- If we cancel the event, every ticket is automatically refunded within 5 business days.
5. FMG World Engagements
FMG World projects are billed against a signed scope of work. Refund terms are spelled out in each individual contract; the standard is:
- Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.
- Unused production hours can be applied to a different project within 12 months.
- Disputes over deliverables go through the resolution process in your scope of work, not this policy.
6. How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Most appear on your statement within 5–10 business days. We don't issue cash refunds.
7. Disputes
Before opening a chargeback with your bank, please email fitfoculture@gmail.com. We'd rather make it right directly than fight it through Stripe.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the business grows. The “Last updated” date above shows the most recent revision; the policy in effect when you booked applies to that booking.
