Privacy Policy
Fitfo Labs (“we,” “us”) operates Fitfo+ and the Fitfo Labs spaces in Atlanta. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. What We Collect
- Account info: name, email, optional profile details, and the role assigned to your account.
- Bookings & RSVPs: the spaces and events you book or RSVP to, including dates, times, and party size.
- Intake submissions: the answers you provide on the FMG World intake form, including service type, project details, timeline, and budget.
- Activity: art posts you like, events you RSVP to, and basic usage events used to improve the product.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Technical: device type, browser, and approximate location derived from IP address, captured by our hosting and error- reporting tools.
- Website measurement: on fitfo.com, the pages you view and whether you signed up, RSVP'd (including claiming a free ticket), booked a space, or bought merch (with the amount, for a booking or a purchase), through Google Analytics when measurement is on. See Measurement & Cookies.
2. How We Use It
- To run your account and process the bookings you make.
- To send you booking confirmations and intake follow-ups.
- To respond to FMG World inquiries you send us.
- To keep the Service secure and improve how it works.
We don't sell your personal information. On fitfo.com we use Google Analytics to learn which of our own ads on Google brought someone to Fitfo+, and we may show our own ads again to people who visited — see Measurement & Cookies. What you post, message, or upload is never used for advertising, and the Fitfo+ app on iPhone never runs Google Analytics or advertises.
3. Who We Share It With
We share data with the vendors that make Fitfo+ work, only to the extent they need it:
- Supabase — database, authentication, file storage.
- Stripe — payment processing for space bookings.
- Resend — transactional email (intake confirmations, booking receipts).
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) — website measurement and measuring our own ads, when measurement is on in your browser.
- Authentication providers — v1 uses Fitfo+ email and password authentication. If social sign-in is enabled in a later version, this policy will be updated before that version ships.
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety of our spaces, our team, or our guests.
4. Real-Time Features
RSVP counts, attendance numbers, and similar live features show aggregate or first-name-only data to other users. We don't expose your email address, phone number, or booking history to other users.
5. Your Choices
- Edit or delete your profile from the You tab.
- Request a copy of your data by emailing fitfoculture@gmail.com.
- Delete your account from the You tab. Deletion removes your Fitfo+ login and profile, removes RSVPs and likes, and disconnects your account from booking/payment records we're required to keep for tax, refund, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.
6. Measurement & Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember your tab filters.
On fitfo.com we also use Google Analytics, which uses cookies, so we can tell which pages and features help people and which of our ads on Google actually brought someone here rather than guessing. When you sign up, RSVP (including claiming a free ticket), book a space, or buy merch, we record that it happened — and, for a booking or a purchase, its amount — so we can tell which ads lead to real nights out. Before anything is sent, we trim the page address: sign-in links, ticket codes, and private links are removed, and page titles, which can include a member's name, are replaced with a generic label. We may also show our own ads again to people who visited, using Google's remarketing audiences. We don't use Google signals, which would recognise you across devices, and we don't receive reports about visitors' age, gender, or interests.
Fitfo Labs runs both fitfo.com and fitfolabs.com, and when a link takes you from one to the other, Google Analytics passes an identifier along in that link, so that on your first visit to the second site you are counted once instead of twice.
The Fitfo+ app on iPhone and iPad never runs Google Analytics and never advertises.
We don't interrupt you with a cookie pop-up. This is the notice instead, and the choice is right here. If your browser sends a Do Not Sell or Share signal (Global Privacy Control), we treat that as a no without you having to do anything. You can also turn off personalised advertising across everything Google does in Google's Ads Settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on for Google Analytics.
And “no” means off, not quieter: on a browser that has opted out, or that sends that signal, Google Analytics sends nothing at all.
7. Children
Fitfo+ is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we'll remove the account.
8. Changes
We'll update this policy as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed; we will notify you in-app of material changes before they take effect.
